Research Use Only
All products sold by ATMI Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition. ATMI Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or prescribing services of any kind. Purchasing any product constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, this research-use restriction. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, and for the safe and lawful handling, storage, and disposal of the material you purchase. Misuse of any product — including any human or veterinary use or administration — is prohibited. ATMI Labs reserves the right to refuse, hold, cancel, or refund any order where there is reason to believe the products are being purchased for prohibited or non-research use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from ATMI Labs, and you must be purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes. ATMI Labs does not verify professional licences, laboratory accreditation, or institutional affiliation, and makes no representation that any purchaser holds such credentials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.
Shipping and risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Intellectual property
